Application

Unique innovative system design that combines two basic applications in one product. Two in One. For use as a 5-axis or multi-clamping system. Highly flexible, modular jaw range, positive-locking jaw connection.

Execution

• The position of the fixed and movable jaws can be altered on the rail so that large and small parts are always central relative to the table.
• System is infinitely extendable using the adapter set (on request).
• When clamping with increased clamping width, the clamping distance is only 30 mm less than rail length. Example: Rail length of 400 mm, possible clamping width 370 mm. Only using the large part jaw.
• Positive-locking jaw interface.
• Easy to clean: The entire system can be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled in a few minutes.
• 100 mm clamping range without adjustment.
• 40 kN clamping force at a tightening torque of 85 Nm.
